FAQ

How long do the nails stay on for? Plan based on your daily activities; realistically, it lasts anywhere from 7 to 14 days with proper nail prep work (prepping is key).

Do you accept cancellations or returns? Cancellations can be processed if your order has not been made, although PayPal purchases are final. Unfortunately, returns are only accepted if the nails arrive broken or damaged during transit. You must email me within 24 hours of delivery with pictures to review your request.

What comes with my nail set Glue, nail buffer, alcohol pad and cuticle pusher.

Do you ship to? I offer worldwide shipping.

How long does shipping take? If your in the U.S it takes 3-5 business days. It varies for overseas. 

How Long is Processing Time Before Shipping Typically takes 2-7 business days. This does not include shipping time. Please check tracking information before sending a DM or email. Thank you!

REFUND POLICY

 

Cancellation can be processed
If your order has NOT been made , although PayPal purchases are final. Unfortunately returns are not acceptable unless nails are broken or damage during transit; you must email refund@nailsyo.com within 24 hours of delivery with pictures to review your request. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at refund@nailsyo.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We don’t accept exchanges because every set is made unique to fit.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
